scenes from my dad's latest opus - 

this house looks a lot like the one i grew up in. it's from the same neighborhood and it was 'free' or slated for demolition.  he carefully moved it over to this new location (less than a mile away).  i like the pink interior:  there are lots of free houses out there if you have a site and money to move them. 

he asked me- 'what is a brick house anyway. .. it's just a pile of bricks.'    

? what does that mean i wonder.
